Many people support us by visiting the office, using our services and depositing records. We are very grateful to all of them and aim to provide an excellent service to everyone, whether visiting in person or contacting us from afar.

There are other ways to support us: you could become a volunteer or join our Friends group.

If you cannot offer a regular commitment but would like to contribute to the service we provide, you could make a donation to help us purchase records. Donations are held by the Friends of the Record Office who provide a fund we can use when records are offered for private sale. Funds also contribute to our outreach work to help more people use and enjoy the resources we care for.
